Ever see the nurses with their scrubs ? they are no longer in uniforms now – they wear scrubs – and since they were so comfy – I know of some people who buys them from Marcus nursing scrubs just to wear them to get comfy for gardening. I liked them because they are so colorful and cheerful – no wonder nurses wearing them don’t feel like they are going to work but going on a vacation or a short break. When the contactless card came about – I was quite fascinated by it – the thing we called paypass here – mannn! i told myself, this is so easy. We don’t really have a music store around town – and the one that we have it’s pretty small – so thank God for internet where one can get just about any musical instrument that you want – like the alvarez guitar that I’ve been eying on for a long time now. I have a fender as you can see on the top – so if anyone is interested in trading – I really won’t mind trading. The Alvarez guitar is about the same price of the Fender that I have and if I’m into classical – actually the spouse wants to take up classical – so I’m getting one for her – and since I’m not using the Fender – I’m selling that one online too. With free shipping, that’s a bonus for anyone who wants to buy online, most times when I get something online – I don’t have to consider it because the shipping already saved me a lot of moeny.
We have places around town that sells swim wear, hockey wear and for various sports around town but not those you need for a kid when they take up horse riding lessons. There isn’t a horse equipment store nearby and one has to drive 4 hrs to get to the city or may 3.5hrs if you drive really fast. So when the kid took up horse riding last year – we were left with little choice but to search for the clothing, boots and everything we needed online.
We do have a horse riding ranch but they don’t really carry a lot of things there and had to be ordered online too – so I figured if I were to order them myself – wouldn’t it be cheaper? So yes, we did just that – search for the horse equipment, riding apparel and also horse tack and found some really good prices for Breeches, Jodhpurs and Jeans for the kids. Love the riding helmet we bought for both kids, they looked absolutely delightful.

We thought it would be a great start of the year to get a new mattress for the new year – maybe a memory foam mattress this time. Why? because they say – the form mattress molds to the shape of your body – thus giving you better support and circulation. It reduces the stress on y our body – giving you a better night’s rest. Now everyone can use a good night sleep right? I’ve been having problems with my mattress for the last few months – so any mattress at this point of time would be a good change.
It’s almost Christmas and the year is coming to an end. A customer asked me today what were my plans for the new year – and I told him I was going to do better with my store. And as for him – he wants to take an Online English degree so that he can go overseas to teach. If I loved traveling and were any younger – I would definitely take that route – it seems that Western English teachers are welcome in the Asian country and to spend a few years going for an upgrade is worth every penny because I have seen many of our customers here travel abroad to teach English as a second language. Isn’t it awesome that we have the internet and we can do just about everything and anything. Well, Happy New Year and a Blessed Christmas to all.
