For those who have kids - I’m sure you’ve heard of Melissa and Doug - for they produces educational toys for kids and i’ll have to say that things you buy from Melissa and Doug - they really can stimulate your kids and they are quality stuff. My daughter received a drawing/coloring book by Melissa and Doug from a friend this Christmas and you can see the quality is really different from the dollar store coloring book and those from other store. It even teaches my daughter how to trace and how to do proper coloring. So this City Ramp Racing set is not just your ordinary boy toy - kids gets to learn to build their racing tracks - plus all the colors on the ramp would certainly fascinate your child for quite a few hours. So if you like stimulating toys - don’t buy dollar store toys please.
For those who thinks their pet are lazy - and want to make them work for their food - this Akikiou Interactive Dog feeder is said to make your pets eat slower and think of getting their food from the many tiny boxes intact with food. Said to help with your pets digestive systems since they are slowed down and also stimulate them intellectually. For $15 - I’m sure pet lovers would get them from FAB now. But if you miss out on the deal - no problem - Amazon has it too - for $26.
We have been trying to get a bean bag chair for the kid for Christmas - but couldn’t find one that is of a good quality - well not till I saw this Jaxx Cumulus - and it’s only at $149.00 at FAB. As you can see here - the material used is quite different from the usual bean bags you get from elsewhere - I’ve read reviews of cheaper bean bags - but they are either too small or the material isn’t that good. This one is made with spandex material with polystyrene fill. This model is meant more for an adult but they do carry kid’s size too - so check them out. And like my mom said - you get what you pay for - so if you are thinking of spending less - sure you can get an any old how bean bag chair but if you are into quality - you would have to try this one out.
Interesting ! not only is this a DIY guitar for kids - it’s also a 3 string guitar that you can put together with your kids and then teach them a new musical instrument. The Loog Guitar is like $200 - so a bit steep for most kids and parents - but if money isn’t a problem then you should get this interesting guitar and it comes in different shape and a lot smaller than most guitars too.
The spouse commented that this is just a toy for the kids - but wait a minute - it’s not really and the reason why it is so expensive - it’s because this guitar grows with your kids. How so? because you can replace the neck of the guitar when your kid is bigger and older - for a longer neck - that way you don’t have to buy a whole new guitar. But how do you play with a 3 string guitar? now that’s the main thing I need to explore before buying one - but what I liked most is the nylon strings - easy on the kid’s fingers - and they don’t get turned off from a few painful fingers after playing for a few days. The Loog guitar is fully customized to your kid’s whim and fancy - so that’s a plus - and seriously, would be an interesting piece to have for show and tell in school. If you have teenagers at home - you will know what to get them for Christmas presents. What you don’t know??? mannnn!!! where have you been ??? I’m getting the ipod nano 3rd generation for my nieces and nephews - the spouse said not to be cheap - because teenagers do not appreciate a book or a t-shirt or shoes or a dress. A gadget like the ipod nano is the way to go - and money will be well spent because they would use it - and appreciate you - and think you are the coolest uncle or aunt. I wouldn’t buy anything that they would just throw straight into the garbage can - they do that you know - but with an ipod nano - I can be sure - that they would never do that - the older nieces and nephews - I’m getting them a kindle - now - you can get them as cheap as $99 ! So my shopping is done - for I’ve ordered some nano already - all set for Christmas - as far as I am concerned.
For $79.99 - everyone should order this right away ! great table and store away for your kids toys and double up as a work table for their craft work. And the chalkboard is great for the little one to draw on - that’s for sure - since they can’t go without messing up the wall. I love how deep the storage unit looks - and the wood used is a very nice color and definitely goes with any type of furnished room. Kidscraft has lots of things for your kids this Christmas.
Another turntable? yes another - but this one looks really nice doesn’t it - old but modern - a mix of both - perhaps the bold red color is the thing that makes it look so modern. Those who loved vinyl like I do - would love to have this turntable - by Crosley’s. USB powered and as you can see portable too - so you can enjoy this turntable - anywhere - from your girlfriend’s place to the beach - but I won’t recommend it though. At $112 - reasonable enough.
