Those looking for acer batteries now is the time for you to go get them - because they are dirt cheap. I always have a back up battery just in case one dies on me - on the road and I have no way to charge up. But you and I know that laptop batteries are not cheap - so when I saw them going for $19.96 - I had to tell everyone right? so if you have a Travel mate - it’s time you get one, check them out at The Source but you must buy online only - pretty awesome deal - so don’t miss it. With that kind of price i would grab a few and resell it if you have friends that has the same model of laptop.
The spouse and the kid love Hello Kitty anything - but if they went and have a Hello Kitty tattoo inside their mouth - I would smack them on their heads. This is craziness - but apparently some ppl can get a bit crazy - or do they called it the diehard fans. i don’t know about you - but no one is getting anything tattoo inside their mouth or lips in my household. Sorry Hello Kitty.
When I saw this online - on a reputable paper - I first thought that this is about China - but lo and behold - you will be shocked to know that this is happening in UK. Agest 3 - 8 yrs old - kids in UK were enrolled in these classes by their mothers. Crazy much - i hear you asking? yes ! very - ! normal mothers would want to keep their kids playing with barbie dolls as long as possible and believing in fairies and Santa Claus - why the hell would anyone subject the young mind to be corrupted. If you think the kid don’t know what they are projecting thru’ their dance - you are wrong.
Charging at £5 an hour - it’s not even cheap as you can see and owner and teacher of Little Spinners said that pole dancing helps with their self-worth ? wow!! how tragic! Parents who lets their young kids dye their hair or put on make up - are just crazy and just as bad like letting them go to pole dancing - so on this subject - I’m not for it. Children should be children.
In search for a cruiser bike like this - but doesn’t wanna pay $600 for it - because the electra cruiser - cost as much as $600 or more *sigh* but I’m too el cheapo to pay so much for a bike for the summer. I checked kijiji - and ebay but everyone cost as much - I might as well buy a new one. I’m in love with this bike - and although it may sound crazy to pay so much for a bike - my brother paid $1000 for a shimano bike when he was like 15 yrs old. But having said that - cars back home cost an arm and a leg - so of course he can justify paying that much for a Shimano bike - but over here in Canada - you can get a car for $600 - why would I want to pay $600 for a bike right?
My kid loves Hello Kitty but I don’t think she would enjoy Hello Kitty in Bondage much. I’m guessing this is just for jokes - this picture from Hello Kitty Hell. Would you buy something like this for someone who adores Hello Kitty - I don’t think so - not even for jokes eh.
So you see an article that you have written and posted on your blog/website being lifted by a reputable magazine - you then demand a public apology and a donation to the faculty of a university and what do you get? A slap on the face - letter below says it all.
…Honestly Monica, the web is considered “public domain” and you should be happy we just didn’t “lift” your whole article and put someone else’s name on it! It happens a lot, clearly more than you are aware of, especially on college campuses, and the workplace. If you took offence and are unhappy, I am sorry, but you as a professional should know that the article we used written by you was in very bad need of editing, and is much better now than was originally. Now it will work well for your portfolio. For that reason, I have a bit of a difficult time with your requests for monetary gain, albeit for such a fine (and very wealthy!) institution. We put some time into rewrites, you should compensate me! I never charge young writers for advice or rewriting poorly written pieces, and have many who write for me… ALWAYS for free!”
Cooks Source editor Judith Griggs- wrote the above ! pretty darn smug! and it drove netizens crazy and they were outrage too. Now the facebook for Cooks Source is flooded with comments. And yes!! whether it is online or not - she did lift the article! shame on you - Judith Griggs!
Have you seen or gotten the new iPhone 4 yet? well - if you haven’t it is a pretty sleek machine - just like its other brothers/sisters. So many would want some iPhone cases for their new iPhone 4 and i don’t blame them for it at all. But when i saw these - on the internet - by Jonathan Adler - some said they are cute - but Uuuuuugggggghhh!!! not to me sorry - you won’t see me buying this anytime soon. - but one man’s meat is another man’s poison *shrug* - so if you liked it - go right ahead. $24 - hard design cover - check out the picture below - it’s even more Ugggghhhh!!! eye - sore to me.
Yesterday, i read on Pro-blogger’s blog about how repeat visitors is worth more with adsense earning and how his repeat visitors are clicking more on the adsense. The reason why i am writing about it is - because a friend had just written to say that she was banned from google adsense and she don’t think she had violated any rules. We all know that appealing to google - is not going to work - nobody had any success - so if her repeat visitors are the only ones clicking - does that mean it was of no value to the advertisers? it sure don’t make sense to me at all - but google won’t tell you how you violated the rules so unless you are not making any money - you will be quite safe - hahah!! is there any way to make money online besides using google adsense? yes - of course - but since google is the biggest name on the internet - we all flock for it first - only to be disappointed that they got banned within the first month. So pray tell someone.
Listen to the talk show - and you will know what i mean - it’s a horror !! some said that this is just a hoax but others said this is for real. I don’t know if it is or not - but if i were the wife - i would definitely be upset to find my spouse cheating on me on live radio. What is your take on it?
Is posting a phony, sexually suggestive ad online about another person free speech, an inappropriate prank, or a felony? That’s what the Missouri court system will decide.
A cyberbullying case in Saint Charles County, Missouri, will test a year-old state law on electronic harassment. The law makes it a felony for someone 21 years or older to communicate with someone 17 years or younger by phone or electronic means in order to recklessly frighten, intimidate, or cause emotional distress to that person.
Elizabeth Thrasher, 40, allegedly posted a photo and personal contact details of a teenage girl in the Casual Encounters section of Craigslist during the spring. The teen reportedly received phone calls, e-mails, and text messages from strange men, prompting her to call the police.
Thrasher was then charged with the crime of cyberbullying under the statute 565-090, passed in Missouri in August 2008. Unofficially known as Megan’s law, the statute is named after 13-year-old Megan Meier who committed suicide in 2006 after being the victim of an Internet hoax set up by a schoolmate’s mother.
In the new case, CNET News recently spoke by phone with defense attorney Michael Kielty and Saint Charles County prosecutor Jack Banas.
