Laptop Batteries Going Cheap

By jewelminer | October 20, 2011

Those looking for acer batteries now is the time for you to go get them  - because they are dirt cheap.  I always have a back up battery just in case one dies on me - on the road and I have no way to charge up.  But you and I know that laptop batteries are not cheap - so when I saw them going for $19.96 - I had to tell everyone right?  so if you have  a Travel mate - it’s time you get one, check them out at The Source but you must buy online only - pretty awesome deal - so don’t miss it.  With that kind of price i would grab a few and resell it if you have friends that has the same model of laptop.

FaceBook Games

By jewelminer | January 14, 2010

FB games are becoming more and more popular, my 6 yrs old is playing on it - my friend’s son who is 4 yrs old is also spending time on it -everyone and anyone i know is on it.  With so much time spent on the computer playing games, I told my kid that i need to get the best best multivitamin for her and the spouse .. hahhaha!!

So why is everyone playing all these games on FB ..?? how did it become so addictive?  I guess it is something that the older man and woman can relax - afterall - it doesn’t require much planning or fighting - same as the Farmville i think.  And a ridiculous amount of “money” one can make - and the colorful pictures to seduce the younger kids.  Plus, some parents said it keeps the kids busy right under their noses - so do you or your kids play FB games? let me know.

Taking Care of a Fish

By jewelminer | July 17, 2008

Our little monster has been getting rather adamant lately about getting a pet of some sort. We finally cracked and got her a fish. Friends had recommended getting her a Betta since they’re easy to look after and therefore less likely to die. Since I’ve never had a fish before it was time to hit up the internet for some info on taking care of fish. We got a fish bowl, one fish, some colored rocks, water purifier and of course some fish food. The little one is certainly excited about having something to look after, hopefully the tips at wiki will be enough to keep it alive.
