When the contactless card came about – I was quite fascinated by it – the thing we called paypass here – mannn! i told myself, this is so easy. And true enough – easy for electronic pickpocketing too as I found out after reading an article. Yes, what would stop someone from getting your card number the way paypass does.
So what can one do to stop yourself from being a victim I asked myself? especially when you are traveling? well, there is this special wallet you can buy and I’m looking into for myself and the spouse too – because we always have our wallet in our back pocket. With this special wallet – it has special protection to prevent anyone from swiping your info like a paypass does. The wallet looks pretty decent and it’s not expensive – so yes, I would definitely invest and get one for myself and the spouse for a peace of mind. It looks like an ordinary wallet but it’s entirely shielded to prevent electronic theft – pretty neat.
